  • Transportation from place of death to funeral home and crematory (within 50-mile radius)

  • Obtaining all required authorizations, certificates and permits
  • Initial notification to the Social Security Administration
  • DVD Slideshow Memorial Tribute
  • Cremation performed by a certified technician
  • Return of cremated remains in basic container, or a life memorial urn you've selected for an affordable cost from us.
  • Memorial Service/ Gathering in our chapel, church or graveside (1 hour)
  • Receiving and transporting flowers
  • Set up and break down of flowers, directional and reserved signs, register stands, easels, etc. for service
  • Flower van
  • Funeral Director and staff to direct the Service
  • Cremation performed by a certified technician
  • Cremation fee included

Does not include the cremation vaults, cash disbursements such as a formal obituary, permit, death certificate certified copies, gratuities, clergy fees or any outside expenses. 

Memorial catering packages as follows, to be held at a participating restaurant:

Diplomat Luncheon Package (Available Monday - Friday until 3PM)

Includes all of the above services for a minimum of 25 guests plus choice from their catering menu to be provided at time of selection

Twilight Hor D'oeuvres Package (Minimum of 40 guests)

Includes all of the above services plus your choice of hor D’oeuvres from our catering menu to be provided at time of selection.

Dinner Buffet Package (minimum 40 guests)

Includes all of the above services plus your choice of buffet items as selected from our catering menu, provided at time of selection.

Picnic Package (minimum 25 guests at a place of your choice)

Includes all of the above services plus your choice of items as selected from our catering menu to be provided at time of selection.

*** All prices include gratuity, taxes and a minimal service charge. 

*** A minimum delivery charge will be assessed if at a site other than a participating restaurant.
