Kathleen Szymanski

Kathleen Szymanski passed away on June 2, 2025. Beloved mother to Christopher Szymanski and Tara Burch, grandmother to Lauren Burch and Vitali Czechowski-Szymanski, mother-in-law to Brian Burch and Adrienne Szymanski and is survived by her nephew Jeffrey Clegg and sister-in-law Jeanette Szymanski and her loving husband, Michael Szymanski.

Kathy was born in Trenton, NJ and was a long-time resident of the Yardville area. Daughter of the late June Pingatore and Jack Ostringa, Kathy attended Trenton High School and studied Computer Programming and Psychology at Mercer County Community College. She was employed at various workplaces including administrative work for NJ State, bus driving for Mercer County school district and was a security guard at Bank of America.

Kathy took special joy in parenthood and had fond memories raising her children. She mastered various Italian dishes and passed on her handwritten secret recipes to her family. She loved animals, at a younger age took karate lessons, played the piano, attended culinary school, enjoyed going to the beach, watching movies, dining out at restaurants and spending time with her family who will never forget the joy she brought to their lives.
