Peter Andrew Steen

Peter Andrew Steen, 78, of Lawrenceville, New Jersey, passed away on April 9, 2026.

Peter was born in Manhattan, New York and raised in Belgium and Switzerland for most of his childhood. He was a very intelligent and ingenious individual. He built a career as a computer  science engineer, approaching his work with diligence and dedication. Peter had a spirit of  exploration and adventure. In his younger years he enjoyed mining and scuba diving. The last decade of his life he travelled a lot, going to Europe and the Caribbean. He loved the ocean. He  loved trying new foods and eating at good restaurants. As well as watching new shows and  movies. Peter had a very big heart. He was a very generous man and tried to help those in need as much as he could.

More than anything, Peter will be remembered for the connections he built and the time he shared with those around him. He leaves behind close and cherished friends and family,  including Martha & Natalia, Pirooz, Linda, and Rebecca. He will be remembered with love and  missed greatly. Most importantly we know he is in God’s memory and we will be seeing him very soon.
