Timothy Roger Hagar, 79, of New Jersey, passed away on January 1, 2026. He was born on August 16, 1946, in Trenton, New Jersey.

Tim grew up in Lakeside, New Jersey, and graduated from Hamilton High West in 1965. After high school, he proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Following his service, Tim built a life rooted in hard work, family, and community. He worked for many years in Facilities at North Hanover Schools, where he was known for his reliability and dedication.

Tim was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Vivian Hagar, and his brother, Randy Hagar (Rose).

He is survived by his beloved wife, Judy Hagar; his sisters, Janice (Nick) and Marilynne; his three sons, Timothy (Claire), Chris (Lorie), and Brian (Susan); and his daughter, Tammy (Glen Campbell). He was a proud grandfather to nine grandchildren: Brittany, Ellie, Kyra, Timothy, Kevin, Tyler, Ty, Corey, and Timothy Jr., and a loving great-grandfather to four great-grandchildren.

Tim and Judy shared a love of adventure, especially traveling throughout the East Coast in their cherished 1949 Willys Jeepster. Together, they enjoyed visiting local car shows and cruises, where they made lasting friendships with both new and old friends. Tim had a passion for cars and proudly passed that knowledge on to his family over the years.

A true hands-on creator, Tim loved working around his homebuilding, fixing, and creating all kinds of projects. He had a deep appreciation for comedy, whether listening to it or attending live shows, and he rarely missed the chance to support his family, especially attending dance recitals for his daughter and granddaughters.

Above all, Tim was a devoted husband and father who treasured time with his family. He enjoyed being with friends, whether out and about or simply at home, content in the company of those he loved.

Timothy Roger Hagar will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
