Peter Hopkins died 6/29/2021 at home from complications of kidney failure.
Peter’s medical history is long and complex; he survived six open heart surgeries, a stroke, a cervical fracture, and other medical misadventures in his 36 years.
Peter was loved for his endurance and his humor. He was a proud high school graduate from the West Windsor – Plainsboro school system.
Predeceased by his father, William E Hopkins, Jr, Peter is survived by his mother, Alice Deanin, brothers David and Mark Hopkins, an uncle, Steve Hopkins, and aunt, Nancy Deanin.
A celebration of Peter’s life will be held 2pm on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Princeton, 50 Cherry Hill Rd, Princeton NJ.
Donations in his memory may be made to the excellent programs of the Cardiac Center of the Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania.
