Robert H Duffey

Robert H. Duffey, 86, of Branchburg, NJ passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.

Born in Summit NJ on January 24, 1937, Bob grew up in Maplewood NJ until age 12 when he moved to Branchburg where he spent most of his life.

Bob graduated from Somerville High School, where he met and later married his high school sweetheart Patty Koteles.

After High school he served 2 years in the National Guard Reserve While working at RCA in Bridgewater. After RCA Bob was employed by Olivetti where he served as Facility Manager for 30 years before finishing his career at Fila in Baltimore.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents Dalmore and Mildred, and his brother Russell.

Bob is survived by Pat, his wife of 64 years, Daughter Jill Kovac(Andrew) of Flemington NJ, Son
Peter(Valerie) of Alexandria Township NJ, Son Todd(Lanie) of Bernardsville NJ and his 4 beloved
grandchildren, Christine, Steven, Alex and Caroline.

Bob Loved going to the beach and fishing with his brother but there was nothing he enjoyed more than
watching his grandchildren’s sporting events, gymnastics meets, recitals, plays and graduations. Anything, they were involved in, he was always on the sidelines cheering them on.

A viewing will be held, Saturday March 4th from 10-11am immediately followed by a funeral service at 11am
and burial thereafter. Visitation and all services will be held at South Branch Reformed Church, 870 River Road,
Hillsborough NJ 08844.  (There will be no services at the funeral home).
