As a young boy, Shawn was an avid sports player. He played little league baseball and excelled at it. He was a boy-scout and served as an altar boy in Neffs church. Shawn's favorite teams were the NY Giants and NY Yankees. ln later years Shawn enjoyed being outdoors skate boarding, hiking, swimming in the ocean and playing with his remote cars and video games.

After graduating from Ocean City, High School, Shawn spent time in the US Army and later worked in landscaping and masonry.

Outwardly our beautiful son with piercing blue eyes, on infectious smile and a heart of gold suffered internally many years with deep battles of depression which eventually took his life.

He will continue to stay with us all through memories, and the good times that we all had. We will continue to see him everywhere in our daily lives.

Shawn is free now from his pain and suffering; however, he has passed on his hurt to his loved ones. Life will never be the same again. Carry on my wayward son, although we will never understand your why, may you find the peace that you deserve.
